Building Inspection Services
Residential Home Inspection
Our InterNACHI certified home inspectors are trained to identify defects throughout the home and provide guidance on what needs immediate attention. A standard home inspection includes an evaluation of all of the following:
Foundation and Structure
Attics and Insulation
Porches and Decks
Garages and Carports
Siding and Trim
Walls, Doors and Windows
Commercial Property Inspection
Having an inspection during your due diligence is an important aspect of purchasing a commercial property. Inspectology has performed hundreds of commercial inspections of office buildings, warehouses, mixed-use commercial, houses of worship, strip-malls, restaurants, and doctor's offices.
We provide a custom quote for each commercial inspection and use a multi-inspector team because we understand time is of the essence. Call our office for a sample report.
New Construction & Phase Inspections
During a Pre-Drywall Inspection, we are looking for problems that will be hidden once the drywall goes up. Our reports can be given to the builder to remedy defects prior to insulating and closing-up the structure.
Final Walk-through Inspections
We will be testing and observing the finished product for proper installation and performance of finished materials.
11-Month Warranty Inspections
Identify defects before your builder warranty expires
